These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Black Rose Global website, Genesis onboarding platform, Vanta operational platform, client portals, products, services, assessments, consultations, and related communications.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Services
Black Rose Global provides acquisition intelligence, behavioral analysis, strategic consulting, automation engineering, AI-assisted operational systems, lead generation, onboarding infrastructure, reporting, and related business services.
Services may evolve as Black Rose Global continues to improve its platform and operational capabilities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Cooperate throughout onboarding.
Attend scheduled strategy sessions or provide timely notice of cancellation.
Maintain lawful business practices.
Comply with applicable advertising, insurance, financial, healthcare, and consumer protection regulations where applicable.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is required before services begin.
Prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.
Existing agreements remain governed by the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of Black Rose Global’s services, strategic consulting, behavioral analysis, acquisition engineering, and operational infrastructure, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
Requests for refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Black Rose Global’s sole discretion where required by applicable law.
6. Lead Delivery
Where lead generation services are purchased, Black Rose Global will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the purchased quantity of leads.
Delivery timelines may vary due to market conditions, advertising platform performance, client requirements, compliance reviews, geographic targeting, or other operational factors.
7. No Performance Guarantee
Black Rose Global does not guarantee:
Revenue
Sales
Policy approvals
Client acquisition results
Marketing performance
Business growth
Outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond Black Rose Global’s control, including market conditions, sales execution, regulatory requirements, and client operations.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, documentation, software, workflows, reports, methodologies, Genesis, Vanta, and related operational systems remain the intellectual property of Black Rose Global unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
9. Artificial Intelligence
Black Rose Global may utilize AI-assisted systems, including Vanta, to support onboarding, workflow coordination, communications, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and operational processes.
Human oversight may be applied where appropriate.
10. Confidentiality
Black Rose Global treats confidential client information with appropriate care.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies, workflows, pricing structures, documentation, software, or operational systems without written authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Rose Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.
12. Modifications
Black Rose Global may modify these Terms periodically to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, or service changes.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction in which Black Rose Global conducts business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
